Who We Are
Katie and Patrick Johnson are two people who believe in the power of family and that every family deserves the safety and security of a good home! They believe in leaving the world changed and empowering others to leave their mark on the world to create a legacy.
Where We Focus
Patrick grew up in Connecticut, and Katie grew up in Kansas City. So we focus our business in those two places. Partnering with local organizations to foster the best environment for the success of our tenants and their families.
Why We Do It?
We started this business, in part, to forge our family legacy. One of our life goals is to build a new generational story for our family. A story that is focused on what truly matters in life, each other. We do this work to leave the world a little brighter, happier, and better than we found it.
