I am late diagnosed AuDHD learning at 40 how important true support is for the neurodiverse in the corporate world. Most of us find traditional financial reporting and data mining exhausting... i find it exhilarating (ok really just exciting but exhilarating sounded better). Scoping call + document review

We spend 30–45 minutes together. You walk me through the problem; I ask questions and we review whatever you've got (reports, exports, models). Then I send back a flat-fee proposal with a defined scope and timeline. No commitment until you say yes.

Clean & Build

The actual work

I get to work: data cleanup, model-building, dashboard construction, whatever the scope calls for. I work in Excel and Power Query, check in at clear milestones, and never disappear for two weeks without a word.

I’m a nerdy battle-tested optimist, who loves D&D, data, and my dog Louis. I believe every business problem is an opportunity with a solution. No Kobayashi Maru’s in this universe.

In 20 years, I’ve worked with messy data. Disorganized file rooms, broken spreadsheets, programs that only print on dot matrix printers, pretty much everything you can think of. In each role the data was received, cleaned, and transmuted into useful actionable information.

Auditing businesses for Beers, Hamerman & Co. Managing financial operations for a 12-doctor cardiology practice. Building decision driving models and business plans at Yale New Haven Hospital. I’ve worked with hundreds of different business leaders, who want different things, need different things, and respond differently to data. Helping people is what I do best.

2020 changed the world, and it changed my life. It's when I learned that I had AuDHD, sitting at home with my now wife for months on end revealed all the quirks I had been masking. So when the world came back... I was now a square peg that couldn't fit in the neurotypical hole. Now I knew I needed more support, and I found it in my friends, in books, and on the internet. When you're neurodivergent, extra support isn't a want, it's a must have. That's why I'm here to support you and help your business level up.
